Stover & Crouch Insurance Agency uses this website to provide insurance information, receive quote and service requests, and help visitors contact our Madisonville office. This policy explains information handled through the public website. Insurance applications, policies, claims, payments, and other customer records may be subject to separate notices and recordkeeping requirements.
Information you send through the website

Public website form submissions use authenticated email delivery to the Stover & Crouch shared office mailbox in Microsoft 365. The submissions are not stored in the website database. The office may reply to you and may place information needed for a quote, policy, claim, or service request into the agency systems used to perform that work.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive information that the form does not request. Submitting a website form does not bind, change, reinstate, cancel, or confirm insurance coverage. Coverage actions are not effective until confirmed in writing by our office or the insurance carrier.

If information is especially sensitive or urgent, call the Madisonville office before sending it electronically.
